I reserve the right to decline a project if I'm not comfortable taking it on or unable to work at the time. Requests should also align with my skills and style.

If there is a major revision request, such as redoing the design with a new concept during the process or after it’s finished, there will be additional fees.

I reserve the right to charge an additional fee if I consider your request to be more complex. I’ll let you know beforehand and confirm with you before sending the invoice.

I don’t draw characters, mascots, or OCs.

Up to 7 days. Time zone differences and personal lives may occasionally affect communication, so slower responses from either side are understandable.

That said, things still need to keep moving. If I don't receive a response within 2 days after requesting feedback on a design or draft, I'll take it as approval and continue with the commission.

There are no refunds once I’ve started working on your commission and marked your order as WIP. However, you can get a 100% refund if I haven’t started yet.
